Before the big day, you’ll fill out my tried-and-true brand messaging questionnaire. This is a chance for you to reflect on your values and think about your business in new ways. The goal is to get your ideas on paper.

Our day together kicks off with a ~2-hour call to dive deeper into each of your pre-work responses. Plus, most of us talk differently than we write, so this covers all our bases.
✧ 3: Translate & Distill ✧
After our call, you’re free to spend the day relaxing or getting your “normal” work done. Meanwhile, I’ll be connecting all the dots and distilling everything we discussed into a cohesive and impactful brand messaging guide.

We end our day together with a ~1-hour wrap-up call to go through the guide line by line to make sure everything is resonating with you. We’ll also walk through use cases so you can see exactly how each part can be applied to your business. It’s $2500 for our VIP Day together. In addition to the values-aligned messaging guide, this includes the self-reflection pre-questionnaire, the kick-off call deep-dive, the reveal call, and our Empathetic Accountability call a few weeks later.
Altogether, you’ll probably need to allocate ~5 hours to this strategy process. But on the actual VIP Day, we just need up to 2 hours at the top of the day and and hour at the end of the day (or the next morning, depending on what works best for your schedule).
✧ The self-reflection pre-questionnaire generally takes 1-2 hours, depending on how much you’ve thought about these idea in the past and how quickly you write.
✧ The kick-off call is 1.5-2 hours.
✧ The reveal call is 30 minutes to an hour.
✧ The Empathetic Accountability Follow-Up Call is 1 hour.
Then of course, how much time it takes to update your bios, website copy, send pitch emails, etc. depends on your bandwidth and team size!
