They notice when the values on the company About Page or annual retreat agenda don’t show up in how decisions are made, how conflict is handled, who gets supported, or which conversations keep getting avoided.
We also talk about the relationship between culture and perception. Think: how trust, values, internal culture, and public messaging can all become disconnected when the everyday experience of people on either side of a brand does not match the story being told.
