Messaging is having a real moment in the online business world.
Seems like I see it everywhere I turn on social media, in podcasts, etc. Everyone from sales coaches to copywriters to graphic designers to business consultants are telling us: get your messaging in check.
Love this because I truly believe it’s the foundation of any brand legacy, connection point, marketing ROI…anything good and solid in your business.
But I’m also a little salty because I’ve been waxing eloquent about messaging for years and it’s often gotten crickets in response.
Either way, it’s out there. Which is a good thing.
And I (plus all these internet people) believe you should be pouring into your messaging fundamentals.
I thought this explanation from Jereshia Hawk was on-point: “Your offer isn’t just what you do. It’s how you see the world. And that’s exactly what the right clients are buying into.”
(If you really want to go down this rabbit hole and love her POV, she had a ton of podcast episodes about this topic earlier this year.)
She even launched a whole course about messaging. And I’m sure her course (or anyone else’s masterclass, workbook, etc.) could be totally useful. But I don’t think it’s the perfect solution.
To get true-to-you, values-aligned, layered messaging, you need someone who isn’t inside your brain and body all day every day. You need outside perspective.
I’m your thought partner at any point in the process—from inkling of an idea to full-fledged pivot to everything in between.
If you’ve done all the DIY work and need the strategic soundboard to fine-tune your copy, content, and conversations, I’m there.
Or if all your ideas are swirling around your head and need to be pulled out, categorized, and translated to the outside world, I do that too.
